About

Our abseil adventure takes place on May 7 and we are looking forward to it!

The event was previously planned for September 11 last year but was postponed following the death of HM Queen Elizabeth.

We have decided to take it on and fundraise in support of Southmead Hospital in Bristol.

We are a small family business and nominated Southmead Hospital as our charity for 2022 – specifically raising money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) which cares for babies born premature or sick.

Our team will be taking on the 100ft abseil down the side of Southmead Hospital’s Brunel Building in the hope of collecting as much cash as possible for a cause that is close to our hearts.

The daughter of our company directors, Andy and Sam, was born nine weeks early in 2017 weighing just 1lb 9ozs. She was cared for at Southmead Hospital for 64 days before going home.

Sam said: “We will always be indebted to the wonderful staff at the unit. Not only did they care for our little girl but they looked after us as a family – supporting us as were thrown into the scariest of situations.

“The NICU relies on donations to provide better facilities for families and also to help fund certain new equipment. This is our small way of giving something back.”

Your support means so much and we cannot thank you enough for helping to make Southmead Hospital even better for the patients treated there every year.
